Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas guys!
Well...its 3 AM and the problem is: I can't sleep. So I might as well share with you my Christmas evening. Last night as you know I had a sleepover with my friend...so I'll start with our lazy morning. We woke up, went on AIM, chatted for a little, then her mom called us downstairs with toasted bagels on a cool morning. My mom picked me up at about 2 and thats when I realized it was Christmas eve. I then panicked, realizing I didn't have a present for my dad so I cleverly stuck a candle and a card in a giftbag and gave it to him with a kiss when he picked me up. It was sweet because he was trying so hard not to upset me even though my grandpa was in the hospital on almost- Christmas. He held it together for the most part, though a few little sniffles escaped his nose. It was adorable how he would do anything for me. So then I spent the evening with my 11 cousins, basically partying. Their ages go from about 2 to about 22. Its pretty cool as you can imagine a huge basement and a bunch of kids/teens/practically adults running around. Don't forget the parents following their kids making sure they don't get into any mischief. So we opened presents at about 11 and I got some cool gifts. Overall I'd say it was a pretty successful evening if I do say so myself.
